As of April 6, 2011 SmartBurn, LLC has announced that management has purchased the Combustion Services business unit from RMT, Inc. to form SmartBurn, LLC. As of the closing date, SmartBurn, LLC is now an independent company. Under the leadership of Dr. Pisi Lu, SmartBurn© will continue to serve the utility industry, providing high-level technical consulting for coal and biomass fired generation performance improvement and designing, developing, and implementing customized high-performance NOx and generation improvement projects. SmartBurn, LLC approaches the most challenging combustion-related issues through use of our practical and theoretical knowledge of the combustion process.
